Return & Refund Policy

🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

If your item isn’t what you expected, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging

• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Email us at [YourEmail@example.com] within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.

• We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

• Ship the item back to us in its original condition.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

💸 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• You’ll receive a full refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

• You will be notified via email when your refund is processed

🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style:

• Follow the same steps above

• Once we receive your return, your exchange item will be shipped at no additional cost

❗ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on:

• Meditation tools used on skin (e.g., facial rollers)

• Opened wellness products (e.g., oils, sprays)
